Returns

Please note that we offer a 30-day guarantee following the date of your order for any exchange and 15 days for any return. However, if the instructions regarding the care of the clothing or accessories have not been followed, the warranty does not apply.

We accept returns of Kim & Joe products if they have not been worn or washed.

All accessories such as teething toys, rattles, comb sets are neither exchangeable nor refundable for health reasons.
Products on SALE are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

RETURNS:

Check if you are eligible to request a return. If you do not meet the conditions, please do not apply.

Please email us at this address: info@kimetjoe.com with the following information (name, email address, order number and a photo of the problem if possible) and submit the request.

Please wait for feedback from us before returning the package so that we can confirm your eligibility. It is important to package your package well, we are not responsible for empty envelopes or products damaged during delivery. No store credit will be offered if clothing or accessories are not returned properly and in good condition.

Report to the post office. Return costs are your responsibility.

Important to insert an explanatory note in your package mentioning your name and order number.

For our part, as soon as we receive your package, you will receive a confirmation email including your refund confirmation. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
