Diaper Bag Warranty Policy
We are committed to providing quality products and customer satisfaction. Our warranty policy applies only to the original purchase of the diaper bag and covers manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage:
- The warranty applies within 6 (six) months following purchase.
- It only covers manufacturing defects that may affect the use or appearance of the bag.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- The snags
- Deformations caused by excessive or incorrect use.
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance of the product.
- Excessive or abnormal wear.
Terms of Use:
- We advise not to overload the bag. A maximum weight of 5 pounds is recommended.
- It is also advisable not to hang the bag in any way to avoid damage.
